How does your pricing work?
We quote a flat price after diagnosing the problem, before any work begins. You approve the number first — the price doesn't change if the job takes longer than expected. Estimates for larger jobs like water heaters and sewer lines are always free.
Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
Yes. A burst pipe doesn't wait for business hours, so we keep a plumber on call nights and weekends. Call our main number any time and the answering service will page the on-call technician, who typically arrives within 60 to 90 minutes inside the Tulsa metro.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. Green Country Plumbing holds an Oklahoma plumbing contractor license, and we carry both general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We're glad to provide certificates of insurance on request.
What area do you serve?
We serve the greater Tulsa metro, including Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, and Catoosa. If you're a little outside that circle, give us a call — we can often work you into a route day.
